I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you envision your best, identify your health & fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout and every program. My holistic approach to fitness and nutrition will have you feeling energized and motivated to make
lasting lifestyle change.
I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years and have a background in Functional Fitness, Bodybuilding, Athletic Conditioning, Pilates , Yoga, Coaching and Nutrition. I have competed and coached at the National Level and have had the privilege of working with people from a variety of fitness backgrounds. From coaching athletes in Softball, Volleyball and Gymnastics to training Junior Hockey Players, Football Players and Bodybuilders, I have learned that fitness is a form of play that we all need in our lives. Finding a form of fitness that you look forward to is key to keeping your momentum going in
the right direction.
As someone who has overcome physical injuries and continues to live with chronic pain, I know that Movement is Medicine and Self-Care is a Discipline. Without them we cannot
live our lives to the fullest.
Exercise, Recovery and Nutrition are my Passion. I believe that the foods we eat, the fitness elements we engage in, and the self-care we practice are the keys to
lasting health and well-being.
When I'm not training clients or designing programs you can find me in my gym, in the kitchen, spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dogs, watching sports, listening to music, outside enjoying the sun or in the office studying
something new.
