1 Cup of Whey Isolate Chocolate Protein Powder
½ Cup Adams Natural Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Coconut Oil
½ Cup Shredded Coconut
3 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup
4 TBSP Coconut Water
1 TBSP Coconut Sugar
1 ½ TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/8 Tsp of Sea Salt
Small bowl of shredded coconut for coating the truffles.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine Peanut Butter, Oil and Maple Syrup, add Protien Powder until smoothe. (Use a food processor if you have one, but a hand mixer will work great as well!)
Step 2
Add sugar, salt, cocoa powder and shredded coconut and mix well to form a dry dough.
Step 3
Add coconut water to moisten dough until workable.
Step 4
Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture into your hands and shape into 1-inch balls.
Step 5
Place the balls in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
