Every Sunday evening at 7pm, we extend a warm invitation for you to join us in this transformative journey. The first segment of our session consists of 45 minutes of expertly guided Pilates Mat programming, specifically designed to strengthen your core muscles, enhance your posture, and promote overall well-being. Following this invigorating Pilates session, we will transition into 45 minutes of calming Yin Yoga poses.
